If you have been charged for an unsuccessful booking, don't panic! Sometimes when you attempt to book a flight in the app, the airline will place an authorization for the charge before the booking has been confirmed. Whenever a booking is unsuccessful, this charge is automatically reversed and the charge will drop off from your account within a few business days.
Good to know
If you have booked multiple passengers on a booking, the airline will often place individual charges for each ticket issued, rather than one full total charge.
