How it works
If you have entered your name incorrectly for your booking, it cannot be resolved by editing your name in the app. It can only be changed with the airline.
Please contact Hopper support with a copy of your official travel document.
- If your departure is within 24 hours, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
- If you're flying with a low cost carrier, you will need to contact them directly.
- The airline may charge a fee to process the name correction.
- Name correction policies vary by airline and are not always be possible
