How to cancel in the app
- Tap on the "Trips" icon
- Select the booking that you wish to cancel
- If the booking still qualifies for free cancellation, you will see the option "Cancel my booking" at the bottom of screen
- Confirm that you have read the cancellation policy and swipe right on the yellow bar at the bottom to finalize the cancellation.
This feature is only accessible to most bookings made within 24 hours and may be subject to some restrictions. If you were not able to cancel within the app, please contact Hopper Support.
If you've booked with one of the low cost carries listed here, you'll need to contact the airline directly to pursue a cancellation.
