To ensure that your request for special assistance is added to your booking, make sure to update the traveler information in the Travelers tab. Here you can add a request if you require a wheelchair or if you are visually or hearing impaired. You can also add your redress number, TSA Pre✓ and known traveler number (KTN) too!*
For all other requests such as special meals or frequent flyer numbers please submit a request and we will make sure it gets added to your booking.
To add a special request to your existing Hopper booking, please submit a request.
*Please note the difference between a redress number and known traveler number:
- A redress number is a unique number issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as part of its Secure Flight program, which helps the TSA eliminate watch list misidentification.
- A known traveller number (KTN) includes programs such as Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI and TSA Pre✓. These programs provide expedited security screening benefits for flights departing from U.S. Airports and/or expedited US customs screening for international air travelers when entering the United States.
