How it works
If you'd like to add a special request such as wheelchair assistance to your booking, you can either do so in the app under "Edit Traveler" before booking the flights, or by contacting Hopper support.
If applicable, you can also add a Redress Number or Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck, Nexus, Global Entry) here too!
Good to know
If contacting Hopper Support to add a request, be sure to specify one of types of assistance required below:
- Wheelchair - Immobile
- Wheelchair - No Steps
- Wheelchair - Steps OK
