Sometimes, you'll receive a text from Hopper. This may be to verify your account after signing up, or to let you know about any schedule changes to your itinerary by the airline. The text will look something like this:
"Hopper: Your itinerary has been modified by the airline. We've sent out an email to the address associated with your Hopper account so please check your inbox for details!"
These text messages are outbound only. We don't monitor the replies to these texts, so please continue the conversation using the email you'll also be receiving to the address associated with your Hopper account. We aren't able to help you with schedule changes via text messages, and only use them to let you know about an email we've sent you.
