I'm experiencing server failure. Help?

If our status page says everything's great but you're still seeing a server trouble error message in the app, there are a few other things that might be going on: 

  • Your phone may have lost connectivity to the Internet or data
  • The app had a temporary error accessing the Hopper mothership for flight information. If this is the case, you can usually retry in a few seconds and get results.
  • Hopper has very limited data for the route you're searching. This can happen if you're searching for flights to or from smaller airports or for routes that have limited data from our partners. If you get this error repeatedly, you can try switching to a more popular departure or return airport.
