Where are my trip details?

There are three ways to find your itinerary and trip details.

  1. In the Hopper app, tap on the "Watches" tab (iOS) or the "Trips" tab (Android).
  2. Check the itinerary/receipt email Hopper sent you shortly after booking. 
  3. Go to your airline’s website or mobile app and enter the airline confirmation code you were sent after booking. 

In the confirmation email you received after booking, you can find both your Hopper confirmation code and the confirmation code the airline provided.

Your Hopper confirmation code will be necessary if you need to chat with our customer support team.

Your airline confirmation code will be necessary for check-in and selecting add-ons such as seat assignments or additional baggage with the airline.
