Why was my credit card charged by Tour East/TEH/ARC/BSP and not Hopper?

In almost all cases, your credit card statement will reflect a charge from the airline for the cost of your flight and a separate charge to Hopper for any applicable commission.

However, Hopper works with several partners, who help our users before and after booking. In some rare cases, flyers may see a charge from one of these partners instead of Hopper for your booking. It's absolutely no cause for concern, and ticketed customers will still receive a confirmation from the airline.
