Good to know
- You can often manage your booking directly with the airline you're flying with.
- If you are submitting a request for a name correction please be sure to attach a copy of your travel ID (e.g. Passport) to the request.
- If you are submitting a change or cancellation request due to illness or death in the family, please attach an official doctor's certificate or death certificate in order for us to contact the airline.
- If you are flying with a low cost carrier, you'll need to contact them directly to manage your booking
