Got an error when trying to book a trip?
Take a look in your app:
- Visit the "Trips tab" in the app and take a look at your confirmed trips.
- Do you see the itinerary that you just tried to book when you saw the error message? It should look like this:
Important: make sure it says "Confirmed"
If you see this, it means your booking went through!
Not seeing it? That means it didn't go through. If you see any charges on your account, they are just temporary authorizations and should drop off shortly.
