Uh oh! We never like to hear when this type of thing happens.
First, let's take a look at the app.
- Visit the Trips tab, which is the suitcase icon.
- Take a look at your confirmed trips. Do you see the itinerary that you just tried to book when you saw the error message? It should look like this:
Important: make sure it says "Confirmed"
Do you see it there? Awesome! Your booking went through.
Not seeing it? That means it didn't go through. If you see any charges on your account, they are just temporary holds and will disappear within 24 hours.
